A simple finish for
the website you have built.
Keep your colors, your photo and your wording. Organize the existing site so visitors can understand your services, leave their details and hear back from you.
What the first phase should do
Make the site easier to followLead with insurance for small businesses and entrepreneurs, while welcoming individual enquiries. Group wellness and business solutions clearly.
Make enquiries easy to handleA clear “Request a callback” action leading to name, email, phone and what the visitor needs help with.
Keep the details that matter to youPreserve your supplied licensing and disclosure wording. You approve the final content and any page changes.
Work around your availabilityExplain that consultations are by appointment. Visitors leave a request so you can follow up when available.
Two ways to work together
An appointment calendar can be added later if you decide it would help. The enquiry form is enough to start collecting callback requests. Required Wix subscriptions, domain or third-party fees are separate.
Before you commit
Finish the wording you want to update, then share collaborator access. I will review the editor and confirm the exact edit list for your chosen option before work starts.
Timing & control
For the fixed cleanup, allow 5–7 business days after final content, access and the Upwork contract are ready. The site stays unpublished until you approve going live. Live tests follow the agreed launch sequence.
To share access: Wix dashboard → Settings → Roles & Permissions → Invite Collaborators. You can share Wix’s invitation link in Upwork chat. Wix’s invitation guide.
